1610 is a reflective practice event for executive practitioners in coaching and Learning & Development. Over a day and a half in the company of peers (a group of 8), each takes the stage for 45 minutes to
- Present a theory or model they’ve found useful
- Ask for feedback on an idea or research
- Bring to life a learning experience they’ve found useful
- Do something to make us think differently about our work
The audience, your peers, will be engaged, questioning, curious, challenging and supportive. They will work with you, argue against you, stretch your thinking as much as their own
The 1610 event is facilitated by Andy Cole, Simon Maddison and James Clayton
