Form and function development was established by James Clayton, an executive leadership consultant and management facilitator. 

For over 15 years James has led significant consultancy projects at the organisational, leadership, team and individual level. 

My expertise is focused on using creative, experiential learning & development styles that are proven to work in applied settings. 

In all things my approach is a straightforward one – to help people work out what they need, why they need it and then learn how to achieve it.
